Here are some frequently asked questions about our Loyalty Program:

How do I earn points?

Earning points is simple and works at all of the Café Metro locations mentioned above. Have one of our cashiers swipe your Metro Pass loyalty card with each purchase you make. You will receive 1 point for every dollar you spend. Once you have reached 50 points, 5 dollars will be added to your card, which you can choose to apply to your very next purchase.


How do I register my Café Metro Pass Loyalty Card?

After you have received a Loyalty Card from one of our retail locations, you can log on to to register your card and create an account. This will allow us to track all your points and give you immediate access to your rewards.


Can I use my Metro Pass Online?

Unfortunately, We do not offer our loyalty program for online orders yet. We are hard at work on this new feature and are excited to offer our customers the flexibility of using their cards both in store and online down the road. Keep checking back for updates!


How many points do I have?

After you have completed your purchase, please check the bottom of your receipt for a description of how many points you have accumulated. Feel free to have one of our cashiers swipe your card for a quick summary of your points as well.


I have a Café Metro House Account or Catering Express Account; can I use a Metro Pass Loyalty Card?

At this time, the Metro Pass is only available for personal in-store retail use only. Please check our website for offers pertaining to House Accounts or Catering Express. We are always looking for ways to offer our online customers special promotions. It is possible that we will add in a House Account feature in the future.


Can I use more than one Metro Pass and my Gift Card?

The program is currently designed so that only one card Loyalty Card can be used per transaction, and unfortunately cannot work with gift card purchases.



Card must be registered and presented at time of service or purchase in order to earn/receive points. Points are redeemable for services and merchandise only and may not be exchanged for cash. This loyalty card has no cash value and is not a gift card or credit card. Membership is nontransferable, used by the registered member only and subject to present and future program rules. Café Metro reserves the right to disclose or change the loyalty program at any time.

Please note that this card cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or gift cards.
